Feijoa Caipiroska Cocktail
Enjoy feijoas all year round with the Six Barrel Soda Feijoa Soda Syrup. Made with Hawke’s Bay feijoas and a touch of NZ lemon juice, this is a feijoa fiend’s dream.

Scoop out the feijoa flesh into your glass. Squeeze in juice of 2 lime wedges, then add the wedges to the glass. Pour over syrup and vodka then muddle everything together (a rolling pin works well!). Add ice, then pour over soda/sparkling water. Garnish with feijoa, lime and mint. Enjoy!
